Answer-1- A leadership mentorship program is very important for developing today's talent into tomorrow's leaders. The leaders have the quality to inspire the people around them to believe him and execute a plan. Mentoring represents the experienced employees offering professional advice to new employees. The main motive of a mentor is to offer professional advice and help the employee to understand the corporate culture.

Leadership mentorship is always beneficial over a traditional group based training. Sometimes, trainings fail to realize the obstacles, the young employees face on regular basis. The mentor can help them to overcome these obstacles. Mentoring and leadership go together and a mentor develops soft skills such as coaching, counselling,listening and leadership. When leaders work as mentors, they understand the generational gap and resolve many issues. The knowledge that is provided by the mentor shapes the future of any organization in a better way.

Answer-2- According to Greenberg and Locke, "Self efficacy refers to one's belief in his or her own capacity to perform a task." It is an individual's belief in his or her innate ability to achieve a goal. Self efficacy plays an important role in the development of leadership. A leader who is more decisive can be an effective problem solver. The leader first needs to believe in himself or herself but if he or she lacks the confidence by self efficacy, will find it difficult to lead others in an effective manner.
