Explanation / Answer

According to the story penguin ask his son about the nightmare and helps in in understanding that helping other is the most important part that one can do. By providing information and motivating the baby Penguin and empowering by the teaching of the teacher is the main step involved in the story of empowerment. Providing example of tribute to the heroes as well as giving information about strong and bright as well as highly enthusiastic scouts was the main advantage of empowerment in the specific situation. Later, Stories about the sea were told to other penguins as well as food was also provided to the little members of the team as to create short term win. Little Penguins were also empowered by giving medals and honouring them as heroes.

Later finding the new Iceberg was initiated by new group of scouts which is decided to be the safehouse for penguins. After getting the first success initiating this type of approach for finding new Iceberg was the direct reflection of 7th factor of Kotter's theory. Even after finding the perfect Iceberg, penguins continue to look for other opportunities and developing culture for being a nomad reflects the 8th factor of Kotter's theory.
