Question

Be more descriptive as to what you learned. You say your learned things so describe a few of them in detail.

"The internship with Natilapa Inc. was a great opportunity for me & really great program that I ever had in my bachelor. This internship was a useful experience, After this job I know what I need to expect in the future career in Beverage industry. Not only I gain practical skills but I also had the opportunity to meet new people. It was a great experience and great memories as not only I have gained experience, but also get chance of future personal and professional growth.

Along my training period, I think 4 months duration for the internship was not enough for me to learn more in details about the jobs. This helped me to define what skills and knowledge I have to improve in the coming time.

I am very appreciating of this opportunity and forever grateful to Natilapa INC. for giving the opportunity to not work as an intern but also enabled me improve my English skill.

Even if everything was not easy, because operator work is very repetitive, I think it is essential to get more professional experience. It’s really in internship that we discover the industrial world that we don’t know enough in university."

Explanation / Answer

The learning experience is indeed great. Students don’t get to learn much when they are students and it is only through internships that one gets the exposure of how a professional career would be or look like. Internships must be however for a longer term so as to understand the real meaning and sense of working like a professional in the interested field. Meeting with people and interacting with company employees and doing the job realizes one its future potential and act as the guiding principle.
