Temer said during a ceremony Monday that climate change was "a real problem" that had to be tackled.
In his words, the effects of climate change "have already been felt in the world and in Brazil."
Temer last September ratified Brazil's participation in the accord that includes drastically reducing carbon emissions over the next decades. Brazil is home to the Amazon rain forest.
Despite the public commitment, many environmental groups argue that policy changes being pushed by Temer's government will damage the environment in Latin America's largest nation. They include opening up more land to logging and mining.

1) companies are utilizing many practices to gain sustainable business development across the globe. Companies like Amazon, PepsiCo, TATA, Microsoft, Unilever etc. are taking unique initiatives like green marketing strategies, recyclable products, less use of chemical, zero carbon emitting manufacturing, plantation across the deserts and other open land, save the water campaigns etc.
Nokia Microsoft has taken intiatives to recycle the old phones and other e-garbage through its retail stores. Pepsico claims that they conserve more water than they conserve across the continents. It save the water bodies and cleanliness of water sources.
2) Paris agreement is arranged to take a combined approach towards the environmental protection and climate change. Brazil has supported the same accord. Almost 195 countries have signed it and provided their assent to reduce the greenhouse gases and save the earth .
