What markets segments does import used car cover?

Explanation / Answer

1)Five types of consumers:

From the above types, the three types of buyers we can cover are loyal customer, impulsive customer & new customer.

2)internal & external factors influencing consumer behavior:

Internal factors also known as personal influences include perception, attitude, motivation, lifestyle, learning etc. These factors have an impact on the purchase decision of the individual.

External factors are also known as social influences and include cultures, social norms, family roles, subcultures, groups that affect an individual’s purchase decision.

Example of internal factor. For example when we take motivation, one of the external factors, a consumer generally may be loyal to a particular brand or company’s product. But when he comes across some other brand offering some attractive offers or discounts he would be motivated to try that product. In this case, we can see a change in the consumer’s behavior.

When we take culture as one of the external factors, a customer who happens to visit some other country, he may come across a new product or service of that culture, he would naturally be tempted to try that which results in changing consumer behavior.
