Explanation / Answer

Out of given points, I would like to quote and elaborate three main points that HR Professional always faces – off during the work.

1) It leads to hiring unqualified workers.

2) It causes an overnight change in the workforce make up.

3) It is reverse discrimination.

Let’s discuss the points in detail as follows.

1) As far as HR is concerned he has to handle bulk hiring sometimes. He will take lot of stuff in dealing with interviews of more than expected candidates for a particular position. There is no chance of giving a job to unqualified workers. But, as a bulk requirement has to be closed, there will be a chance of giving less professional candidate to the position but definitely he will fit for the requirement although he is less qualified in terms of education or experience, but, the candidate will definitely fit for the requirement and will leverage the company from lowest position to the highest position.

2) Yes, it causes an overnight change. This can be explained better with a good example. Suppose, the company CEO wants to change the plan of work force for the company new plan going to be implemented in the future with full potential. Then, the HR Professional has to make a full pledged plan of hiring new potentials that will fit for the entire company work force. There, an overnight change happens. Or otherwise, if the President of the Company is not making the results up to the mark, he may be debarred from the position which comes under sudden change. But, this is completely for the betterment of the company only.

3) Reverse discrimination is basically defined as discrimination against a dominant or majority group in the society. As far as HR professional is concerned holds a responsibility to put a company at a higher standards with full potential of finding the best candidates and giving them the right positions. So, in pursuit of that goal, he has to make tough call at one or some other point. Then, he will definitely discriminate the great delegates who actually put a mask on their faces and doesn’t do right kind of work by giving same position to the lower minority who actually gives good results. This is entirely in regards to the company betterment.
