>Network neutrality is the concept that The Internet Service Providers(ISP's). Will treat all the available traffic equally.
>The internet service providers like Time Warner and Wireless providers like Sprint all companies will treat all the data present on the internet equally there is no difference between the data.
>It means that whatever the content flowing through their cables and cell towers will treat equally.
>, In Other Words, We can say these companies will not divide data some content on "FAST LANE" and will slow down other content.
>these companies will not block you from accessing the services like Skype and other applications and slow down other applications like Netflix.
>This Concept was developed in 2002 by Tim Wu. Now He is working as a Law Professor At Columbia University. In 2002 He Published one Paper And explaining about the Concept.
>Wu Argued about the Non-discrimination rule.
>Then after That, this topic is on the Debate Over the internet Regulations.
>The Federal Communications Commissions (FCC) and Court also debated on the net neutrality. and about how to protect the net neutrality.

There are Some Points about the effect of net Neutrality on IT:-
>>Some large Enterprises will not see some big Change:-The End of net neutrality will not affect on large scale companies. at least in terms of the machine which uses the internet.because of most of the large-scale companies possesses expensive plans and agreement with ISP provider.it also includes SLS(Service Level Agreement) and quality of service terms.
>>Will Get a Different deal with different ISP:-The Internet Service Providers will start different plans and packages for different users and organizations. and this plans also depends on business size.
>>Mobile devices with limited data plans will be affected:-Now regular ISP's Provides unlimited data packs if net neutrality falls down then the mobile devices with limited data will affect.
>>Free Entertainment will End:-with net neutrality behind us, we are enjoying the days with online streaming of audio and videos.if bandwidth will be precious than youtube streaming videos and audio streaming will take a backseat.
