1. Starbucks training on Racial/Bias has a good impact on their corporation and in the eye of general public. This programme implies or shows the public that people matter to them and they are doing their bit in eradication the evil social nor,s which still persistent today. The training programme gives the public the opinion that they can avail teh service of Starbucks and confidently go inside a Starbucks and the people serving you will not be judging on your colour of the skin. It also makes the employees of Starbucks to work in harmaony accepting their cutomers and co-workers a sthey are.
This has certainly increased the goodwill of the company making it a good thing in front of the eyes of the general public and their rivals could have an impact as people might tend to go to Starbucks rather than to theirs. Starbuck as a brand has been considereed as a great company which includes much more than profit, they are willing to fight the social evil, for the good of public which is in a way benficial and will ultimately lead to the increasing brand value and goodwill of the company.
