Performance management in the growing complexity in the business has become the important factor to analysis and work on it. Normally these days, in organization diversified group of the people work together having different background and objective. It is crucial for a manager to align the interest of organization with the interest of an employee. Employees will tend to perform better when they are getting their returns and personal goals satisfies. To bring the same in management is a difficult task. Bringing the technological advancement and innovation is yet another factor which can not be ignored. They can identify the tasks and delegates the accountability for the same. One should be ensuring that the task allocated must be according to the competency and skills of an employee. Feedback helps the employee to perform better and know their presence performance and the organization expectations. By adequate incentives and rewards, this can bring in more better performers.

Dash board is an easy and ongoing tool that helps the employee to get the details of the task they are going to perform. An overall report in summary is present therein at one glance. All deeper information is provided therein. Employee can even access the same in their mobile for better convenience in case of need. A Manager can use the dashboard to get the required information on a given project, its progress and its team performance. I would have use the dashboard for reporting purpose to have a glance of information about the existing project performance. I can even use the dashboard for having the bird eye view of overall segments like sales, purchase, marketing, support and finance.
