Definitely for any team organisation I would choose people who align with my personality in the specific Team Management process. This type of approach would have enabled better understanding of the specific environment for operation as well as provided better availability of different management factors. It would also have increased the amount of service that should be provided by integrating different aspects of operation as well as increasing the chances of getting better outcome by implementing better management techniques for the team. I would definitely choose a diverse team as it would increase the overall understanding of different cultures and Markets for improving the overall outcome of team performance. This type of approach would also be very helpful in maintaining high quality team performance and understanding different markets in an easy way. I usually follow transformational leadership style which I I would also prefer in my team members. This type of approach would enable me to understand the market by a better margin and to provide better support to the overall structure of the team by implementation of the diversity in the organisation.
