Level of authority always follows a hierarchy.The authority of a person increases as per the place and position of a person with being in the same hierarchy.It always affects the leaders and followers behaviour as a person is totally responsible for the working of his followers and he is accountable to his superiors for his subordinates.He is only responsible for their performance which ultimately results in the performance of the company.Hence we can say that the level of authority affects the leaders and followers behaviour.

Leadership culture is basically a set of acts framed by a person himself to perform various tasks.This helps in communication for influencing others too. The practices which are repeated by the leader frequently becomes a practice.

The characteristics of dependent,independent and interdependent leadership are the ways which are adopted by a person to perform his work.These are the attributes for performing the tasks.

If I were the leader of change initiative then I would definately work towards talking the whole organisation in one direction for fulfillment of each and every person requirement .I would surely work towards making equality in the organization.

Bass's theory of transformational and transactional leadership is the creation of positive changes in the persons which are vauable for both the person and the orgnization.
