CRM is stands for the Coustomer relationship management that is used in the large organaizations to develop better associations with the customers. Organizations collect the customer data and contact them to know thier needs and to serve their needs. This is used to achieve business goals by selling their products to the customers.
At Minitrex the CRM is used but the cusomer data is not centralized for the employees. Each different employees has their own records of customer data stored on thier system. The employees use thier own data of customers to contact them.
For the first condition that an employee calls a customer and not know that this is a customer, this can be generally happens at the Minitrex. As the different sections of Minitrex does not share their information and each employee has it's own data records, so they it is possible that they have not updated information about the customers. Therefore, it is possible that someone calls to a customer and not know that this is a customer.
Now for the second condition that employee calls a customer and this is the third time this week that they had been called. This can be happen also at Minitrex as it is known that it may be that all employees have not updated information about cusomers. Then an employee calls to a customer and it is possible that the same customer is called three or more times by another employees or another business divisions at Minitrex. Therefore, it is possible that someone calls a customer and this is the third time this week that they had been called.
