Explanation / Answer
Sometimes one cannot influence individual decision making because individuals have established structures for making their decisions. For a group have to increase their ability to work together and arrive at a generally accepted answer. As a group have to accept the single person decision means decision is based with there should be a rule, even though that rule is made up of natural and understandable, then people are more willing to accept its recommendations in the group decision process. But there is certain criteria for decision making all the ideas we can’t derive by natural, as a individual decision maker faced some problem that made good guidance for him /her.
But normative rules and proposals should be used in group decisions only if absolutely necessary. They should facilitate the process and should help to arrive at an acceptable outcome when seen from the different points of view of the individuals.
Yes, can use different criteria now, Laplace criteria or Baye’s criteria is the best for decision making and collects the information through the meeting from the concerned persons and analyzed the data and single person have to take the decision that is good. If any data is missing no problem. Under Baye’s criteria giving equal possibilities for all possible occurrences.
For doing the right thing, decision process is should be taken from single handed person. At the same time continuity and improve on the thoughts and practices of individuals. Other wise people would reject it.
As with the organizational change and development effort, results should be evaluated over an extended period of time. Evaluation, should be guided by the multi system frame work, though decision making need not adopt any single criterion in taking decisions under uncertainty, they have to adopt different strategies on different occasions or may consciously combine different strategy in order to spread the risk associated with a single criterion.
