Explanation / Answer

The product that we make is Coffee in XYZ manufacturing. After having the business spreaded locally and having a stagnant market here in the recent times, there is now a need of expansion and innovation. Having the survey done in the neighbouring regions, there has been a summarized outcome of Turkish coffee and people's love for it in that region. After the striking research, my company's marketing RnD team had enough supporting cause for expansion of the Business in the Turkish region that would also encompass the innovation of product, I.e production of Turkish coffee.

Due to having the product coffee, there is a bit less in the risk factor for the trading as the product itself is by default accepted and has a default line of customer in Turkey.

However penetrating in the market as new brand will be a challenge and that would need steady acquiring.

There has to be an extensive developing team to taste the exact coffee that Turkish people have a penchant for and put n natural raw resources to develop the same .

The market can intially be a bit reluctant and repulsive to the outside cross country brand.

However a street campaign of putting of live stalls and making pedestrians taste the coffee and thereby go ahead with the market grabbing can be effective.
