a) Conflict resolution is something that each and every individual or rather employees must be aware of in order to be successful in their profession and in this context I will recommend Amina to be open towards any criticism. She should try to handle situations that may lead to a conflict and take such issues offline and not in the meeting or else the objective of the meeting may actually not get fulfilled. She can also try to lead the meetings and if there is conflict or disagreement regarding anything, that can be taken up after the meeting or even before the meeting. Amina needs to be effective and communicate accordingly, so that she can have a smooth experience.
b) In order to implement an issue log, Amina can actually document the details of ongoing issues and even closed issues which will help herself and her team understand what wrong they are doing and by identifying and pointing out the same, it can be resolved and brought to a close as well. Issue log can be used as an effective tool or document in order to make the process better and effective for the team and in case of any issues, it cane be noted and even references from previous experiences cane be used for a better solution.
