1) The theme of the trade show is food and hence would be named as Taipei International Food trade show. This would attract more investers in the food industry and will help launch new and innovative products and technologies in the Asian Market. Taiwan has a rich food culture and hence promoting it would generate lot of investment opportunities in Taipei, Taiwan.
2)The venue is Taipei which is in Taiwan. The exact location shall be Taipei World Trade exhibition center 1. Food processing is one of the major industry in Taipei and it has close economic relations with china to which it exports around 27% of its total exports. Hence the chances of attracting high profile clients seems better.
3) The money need to be paid to set up the place along with the manpower and promotions would cost around NT$2,00,000. So after mark up the price would be around NT$300000 and expecting paying guests to be around 250 the per ticket price would come down to NT$1200 per head.
4)The trade show would continue for 4 days and the manpower requirement for each day would be 40 people which shall include hostess, guards, entertainers etc.
5) The exhibition hall shall be designed in vibrant colours and imges of exclusive food items which are the specialities of taipei. Every booth shall have a distinct name and an image that should clearly represent what it is trying to sell. 7)Promotion plans before the event should be to update in the social media and use banners to make people aware about the show. All forms of social media should be used to reach out to large people.
8) Promotion plans during the event would be to ensure that the enthusiasm is continuing and to attract more number of visitors. For this purpose, the visitors might be offered some discount on their ticket price and to ensure that there is word of mouth publicity . Also existing visitors might be requested to bring other visitors if interested. Also appropriate feedback should be taken from the visitors and accordingly additional free samples and entertainment shall be provided to promote the show more.
9) There should be adequate fire extinguishers, security guards and fire escape arrangements for contingency.
