Q1) I am an Indian by nationality and possess deep technical skills in ERP implementation, excellent communication skills and a culture of discipline, integrity and hardwork. Below is how hiring me would benefit the business in a diversity standpoint -
1. Culture of honesty, self-discipline, hardwork and integrity.
2. Ability to communicate and mingle with people from various cultures.
3. Past experience in working on projects in other countries.
4. Great mix of technical, functional and analytical skillsets.
5. Took place in various cultural and social programs inside and outside the organizations where I worked.
Q2) The privilege that I had from my past experience is -
Working in a multicultural environment and travelling various countries using multiple technical and functional skills.
This would lead to the other group members feeling less impactful and resourceful leading to low cooperation. Hence, the other group members need to be trained and assisted in their individual development.
