The ability to express yourself through writing and incorporate into your writing information from outside sources are essential skills that today’s workplace expects of employees, regardless of field. For example, a human resources professional may be asked to research the effect of casual dress on employee morale and then summarize this research in a report. Another example of incorporating information from outside sources into writing occurs in the paralegal field. Paralegals are frequently required to perform research on previous cases and laws and incorporate the findings in legal briefs. In this assignment, you will build upon concepts learned from prior weeks and assignments to write an essay. You will develop a five-paragraph essay through the following steps:
Prewrite to generate ideas for the essay.
Develop an outline to organize your ideas.
Write a rough draft of the essay.
Revise and edit your draft to develop a final copy of the essay.
Below is a list of topics to choose from:
1. Define a process or procedure in your future field, or argue for a way that procedure needs to change

For this assignment, you will compose a five-paragraph essay that combines the information you provided in the previous Essential Question memo assignment and the outline micro-assignment. Specifically expressed, your essay should:
Answer your essential question.
Incorporate information from your previously identified source to help you answer the essential question.
Use one of two writing styles: informative or persuasive.
Be organized into topical body paragraphs with a separate introduction and conclusion.
Refer to the outline you created to guide your writing. Each Roman Numeral from the outline becomes a separate paragraph in the essay.
To compose your essay, use the template provided below.
Introduction: The introduction should express your essential question and the generalized answer. This makes up the main point of your essay.
First body paragraph: Describe the first main idea that explains the answer to your essential question. Include details that further explain, illustrate, or provide examples of this main idea.
Second body paragraph: Describe the next main idea that explains the answer to your essential question. Include details that further explain, illustrate, or provide examples of this main idea.
Third body paragraph: Describe the last main idea that explains the answer to your essential question. Include details that further explain, illustrate, or provide examples of this main idea.
Conclusion: This paragraph restates the essay’s main point (the answer to the essential question) and summarizes your main ideas.
Once you complete the rough draft of this essay you will submit to your instructor before the end of Week 6. You will receive feedback from the instructor, revise the essay using the strategies you have learned, and your final draft will be due in Week 7.

Need to be familiar with technology is the back bone of any business today, especially when you are selling a technology product or your operations are laid on technological strength of your company. Today many start ups come on showing and delivering strong technical competencies in field of Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine to Machine Learning, IOT etc.
Example- Ecommerce- Amazon entire business model is based on how good and smartly it uses tech in context of secured and safe payments, displaying a fantastic User Interface, delivering a User Experience when thousands of visitors keep on landing and searching/ navigating hundreds of pages, exploring and buying millions of products across thousands of geographical locations. Not an easy job to do. Such Ecommerce sites rely heavily on it’s tech platform, tools and techniques and so does the Employees should be well aware of uses and advantages of such technology, else businesses will fail.
If such Tech enabled firms don’t deploy the right understanding and it’s employees fail to use the technical applications in right form, then they never would be able to classify and sustain their customer segments, won’t be able to apply Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics to suggest relevant products to visitors based on their previous search, there can be many hiccups if employees fail to make the payment gateways secure and customer service won’t be able to manage customer satisfaction with required service level, if they are not apt in using CRM systems.
Hence, every part of technology is connected and is a must to understand and use in growth of such business models. Without being familiar with your technology applications and tools, you can’t work on customer value life cycle, or even share of wallet. If done rightly, it then contributes to the top line of the companies.
