The best advice that can be given to a novice when it comes to team work is that one should work with the best of their ability keeping in mind the overall growth of the organization and not only focusing on individual growth. Do not let your problems with the team members interfere your company’s growth which would ultimately lead to one’s own growth.

Yes I agree with the management’s decision to pass over Jeff as a supervisor is required to work for the team and with the team. Alone he could do nothing great for the organization. A supervisor is a person who needs to overcome the weakness of all team members in the organization by motivating them to work with the best of their capabilities .so Jeff was not suitable for this position.

Maintaining such physical appearance make you feel good and happy from inside which would surely affect your way of doing job everyday with the joyful mood. It influences others perceptions of a person’s likeability and trustworthiness as well.
