Therefore, the needs of effective information evaluation and coordinating function in an organization are essential to overcome the process and difficulty of establishing a modern information management system. Most of the western models required the individuals or the managers to do technology development which is a normal task for developed countries, but this is not appropriate for the poorer countries to target on achieving the same task. For example, given by Albala and Rubenstein (1994) that the technological development in some developing countries depends on their local strengths, but the others may own and have technology policies principles concern with creation and adaptation technology. Having such technology policies sometimes may neglect the importance of the demand and the impact of information technology to the organizations. With the prevalent presence of technology, we do think that if the management ensure that the employees are enjoying their work then employees will not get time to indulge in trivial politics.
Yes if the employees are enjoying their work in the organization, then there are very low chance that the employees will be engaged trivial politics, because their focus is on their work and their most of the time is engaged in their work. For an employee to actively participate in trivial politics, he need free time. When he is free, he will try to get engaged in some of the activities, so that he feels engaged and active. So due to this free issue he will engage in trivial politics. But when the employee is enjoying his work, then he will be more engaged in his work and will not get free time to get engaged in trivial politics. Thus employees will not get engaged in trivial politics.
For the new technology, the employees will respond in a mix fashion. Some of the employees will respond positively because they like new technologies and would like to get exposure for the new technology so that they feel that they have improved their skill set and they are more competent in the market and will get more chance for employability.
But some employees who are not technology friendly, will not accept the new technology and will show high resistance for the new technology. It will be slow for such employees to accept the new technology in their work.
