Administrative Support Professional: The job incumbent provides general support for managers at the division level and above. Typical work includes aiding in project management applications. This position does not supervise.

1. For this job to be exempt fromt he FLSA provisions the number of workinghours must be submitted along with the type of services being provided. As the job is related to professional service it will be applicable to be considered and if the number of working hours exceed 40 per week then it can be considered.

2. Inorder to make our recommendation we need to find out the natureof the job, pay structure of the job and the type of employment along with the number of working hours and other details related to the job.
