once in our organisation we stuck in a situation where we have to deal with a large number of crowd without any experience, at that specific situation our boss motivated us to face the crowd and to be confident at that particular. Impartially ask me to lead the team to talk to the crowd and be a host for that specific event. He also gave me some tips regarding how to handle the crowd.
