Explanation / Answer

1. The face of world changed alot with globalization. Even though the definition confined to "integration of global economies" there are many aspects and areas were redefined with globalization. Particularly the resource mobility like man power, materials, financials, technology aspects and many other ways. When it comes to land, practically it is not possible to move it from one nation to another, but the characteristics were studied and many kinds of seeds were invented which suits the land.

2. sustainable development: leave the world better than you found is the main motive of sustainable development. This concept also focused on three different aspets, such as:

economic growth: the well being of investors, customers and society in economic and fiancial aspects

environmental protection: Nature is the precious than any other man's creation, one should work to protect it. Do not harm the nature, do not waste any natural resource, and take proper measures to save the nature and environment.

Social equity: all are equal, do not descriminate the people based on color, gender, community, nationality and so on. When people treats as equal and grab opportunities and benefits equally to all, the problems will be minimized. When there is descrimination among people based on many aspects, all it leads to increase in-equality and violance.

3. There are many constitutional bodies which working for implementation of laws and regulations. But when the practices becomes voluntary practices, then it makes more sense and gives fruits to the society. Even government, constitutional bodies, NOGs, or any other assign guideliness to the firms, monitor occassionally only. But when these practices becomes voluntary to the firms, it will be more fair and transparent.

The firms must set some quality standards for themself, and work by respecting those standards only. All the firms must follow those and then it gives more benefits to all stakeholders.

The government should encourage the firms who follows best practices and punish those firms who do not follows. NOGs must work to create awareness among people and society, particularly with utilization of plastic and problems, and in many other aspects.
