Explanation / Answer

Answer : The quality of ad would determine the quality of talent pool applying for the job.The advertisement for elementary school teacher is the best advertisement. The advertisement covers all the details that the potential applicants will be expecting. The ad has been framed keeping into mind the exact details as sought or likely to be sought by the applicants . It covers the aspects of details about the organization, the roles and responsibilities, the compensation, qualifications/requirements and more importantly how to apply for the job. Also it provides the applicants an option to view the ratings as well. This would ensure that candidates who have the requisite skillsets only will apply for the job. The worst advertisement is the first ad ie Customer Service / Sales. First of all most of the details are repititive like roles and responsibilties, qualifications etc. However the details are very much subjective and cannot be measured. Moreover no details have been provided as to how the applicant has to apply for the job. Also the requirements section says conditions apply which means it is very vague. Also advertisement links for other non relevant services David's Bridal has been provided which is not desireable. This kind of ad will instigate lot of people even without remotest skill set matching to apply for the job as the expectations have not been clearly setand the language us very vague.

The third ad ie Environmental Health and Safety Specialist provides detailed description about roles, responsibilities , requirements but very little information about the organization itself. Moreover the details as to how the applicant can apply was missing.
