In such a case I would not take any actions because even if there is a verbal argument between the team members, it would be better if they can take care of the issue themselves and as they have not conveyed anything to me formally, I would expect that they resolve such issues internally and display professionalism.
2. In order to find out the key stakeholders the process of the business needs to be studied and understood, based on this information about the stakeholders, the business objective should be in sync and defined as well so that the stakeholder's interest are valued and entertained.
3. The specifications of the project output that are very much important to the project are:
