You have been working for four years in a bank branch located in the front section of a large grocery store. For the last two years, the branch has been underperforming and a poor place to work--tellers show up late, cash drawers are often out of balance, and the customer service numbers for your branch are in the bottom quarter when compared to other branches of your bank. As a result of these problems, the branch manager was removed from your branch. Today, the regional manager offered you the job on an interim basis. The terms of your job include a three-month trial period, and if all goes well, you will be made the branch manager. You know that the problems in your branch stem in part from the lack of trust and respect for the prior branch manager. While you know the employees will be happy the old boss is gone, you are not sure how they will feel about your promotion to be their new manager. So where would you begin? How would you go about building a solid foundation of trust in your leadership? How would you address the poor ?nancial performance? Considering you were just recently a peer of your associates, and now their manager, would there be any critical things to do or not to do?

To have the best performance in any job or sector employee and employer healthy relationship should be maintained. This relation should be maintained from the begining stages so that i will make sure to maintain the relationship with them. In the leasure times i will spend time with them by this in future it will be helpful for me because employees will share every aspect with me. I decided that every weekend if possible, i will plan for a program to spend with them like dinner or lunch so that a clean bond will be maintained between us.
I will be friendly with my employees so that they will definitely trust me and this lays a solid foundation. According to my point of view, to build trust on a person there are three important areas they are
So that i will follow each and every area not only to have a best foundation but also to fulfill their desires if had. Addressing the poor in the friendly manner is the best choice because they can share each every aspect without any flaw. Yes, there would be some critical things because i was a recently joined person and now i became their manager by my best performance in their branch bank. They feel uncomfortable at the begining and some of the persons feel bad because they are working in that branch from many years but suddenly i became their superior. I should be very careful while handling them because they will keenly observe each and every aspect what we done. Always i should maintain friendly relation in order to avoid trust in them.
