Question

As the department head, you urgently need to find an experienced person to fill a vacancy. The work involves close cooperation and coordination with others inside and outside of the department. Candidate A has exactly the experience required, but appears to be very unsociable. Candidate B has experience in a related job and seems to have a pleasant personality, though is not an extrovert. Candidate C has business experience in a different industry and is extremely sociable. All three candidates have scored sufficiently high on intelligence tests to qualify for the job in terms of general ability. Which candidate would you choose, and why?

Explanation / Answer

As I will select the candidate B, he has good business experience in a related job and seems to have a pleasant personality.

Only he is not extrovert and such extrovert ability can be developed and we are getting experienced candidate with pleasant personality.

It is tough to find the experienced peoples in the same industry with evergreen nature.

Business is need patience, stability, experience and will power that all the features are available in the candidate B.

I will not select to A because he has experience but not a social person and I will not select C also because C has not experience in same field.
