In my opinion the best organizational design that will suit the needs of Think-It would be a team structure. A team structure involves making teams that work towards a common goal without any boundaries. As there is no hierarchy for team structure the Think-It team members can utilize their creativity efficiently without any external involvement. Think-It employees can utilize their education and creativity for inventing new software designs that would help to attract more customers. Each member is accountable for their decisions and as the employees are good performers the added accountability will help to ensure that they would take right decisions utilizing the freedom in decision making.
