Both are reconsidering their current organizational designs.
1.What type of organizational design would you imagine would best suit the needs of Fabricate-It? Explain your decision.

According to my point of view, fabricate-It should adopt the traditional type of organizational design with simple structure because it was the medium sized company and employees are not so educated. In this kind of structure there will be fewer departments and there will be no need to have more skilled employees to execute the work. Due to less number of employees all the employees should do multi tasks if necessary to increase the organizational fame and also make success. During this simple design if employees strive to work hard and then organization will reach the complex stage. It will be best suited and if needs employees should be trained if needed because basic training must be needed to execute the work.
