Human resources are the people in the organization who work for organization. These are called the workforce of the organization. It is an organizational function that deals with the people and issues related with the people. Human resources supports functions within the companies that serve a vital role in designing and implementing companies policies and managing employees. These are the people who can influence the organizational goals/profit/strategies etc., both in good way or bad way. Hence it can be said that these can influence the overall performance of the organization.
A valuable HR is the most crucial resources in every organization. Without HR other assets and even high technology become useless.
Knowledge- If an employee is of good knowledge then he must use that knowledge in his work. It will however enhances the work performance of himself as well as of organization .An well knowledgeable employee can generate a fruitful situation for the organization.
AN organization shall also take steps for the sake of human resources of the organization. It is the responsibility of the organization to address all the needs of the organization. Following are some factors which shall be considered by the organization for their human resources.
