The NTCP model makes provision for the different 144 projects by analysing the retrospect of the root cause of the project. The model uses the simple analysis and the early adjustment if required. It also looks for the proper management of the project. The NTCP model classify the projects in to various categories such as for Airport project, Novelty – Platform, Technology- Low-tech, complexity – Array, Pace- fast/competitive.
The NTCP model of the categories are shown in the diagram given in the case. The pace, Novelty, complexity and Technology have the various levels in it. This represent where the project lies in this term. For example, if we take technological aspects of the project we see that technology has been classified further into super high-tech, High-tech, medium tech and low tech. According to the required technology the has to be put. As the project needs the high tech then the point on the high- tech has been put. This shows the level and specify the project requirement.
