The organization's health and worker safety program focuses on maintaining health and taking action against any injuries at workplace. The organization I work for focused on important health programs to train employees regarding safety at workplace. They are given training regarding first aid and essential precautions to take in case of any emergencies.
There are structured actions and planning implemented that focuses on maintaining health and safety as the top priority.
It focuses on practicing safe behavior for the employees and leading by example.

The organization makes use of implementation of reporting to follow to report injuries, illnesses and accidents.

Training Tool that helps for taking section against any workplace injuries.

The long working hours for nurses and unacceptable conditions have increased. This trend had been noticed with the growing concern of patients to visit the hospitals and availability of few nurses in the organization. This needs to be changed by taking into account the psychological effect on the nurses and implementing various plans. Taking into account the staffing needs and implementing useful plans.
