1) prehistoric people revisit this location because this loads Gionta attracted people to this place because of critical resources needed for sustaining life on desert and water. The huge red rocks and boulders are cracked and pocked with fissures and holes which later trapped rainwater for months at a time. These locations were marked with special symbols and inscription on rocks. For native people water on desert was a special gift for them.
2)importance of rock art in the lives of ancient people was that some painted graffiti over ancient rocks and others inscribed their names and date of their visit due to purpose of making a balance between public access preservation of sites . These rocks art bears evidence of many different cultures who made the area their home.
3)people chose these location to paint the images to find places at this site. Unlike this h massive displays at rock art sites along the texas , many of hueco tanks pictographs seems to have been deliberately hidden from view. This aspect has provoked subtantial debate over the meaning and derivation of symbols. Researchers also have discovered that there are many more images at the park than meet the eye.
4)*)the image of prehistoric farmers is my favourite. It shows that how farmers adapted to desert conditions by planting corn , beans , and other crops in moisture retentive soils.
*) the other picture is the picture of canyons and overhangs . This shows that it provided shelter and diverse resources for native people in the past as well as broad canvas for expression of art and ritual.
