Question4. Why are students’ responses different?
Answer 4: The student’s responses are different, as students are not highly interested and curious for the developing the skill sets and experience, because the students are not aware and they could not be able to foresee the future potential requirements of such skill sets and experience.
But this is the need of the organization to have the required global skill set and experienced managers/engineers for meeting future business needs. So organization is serious but students are not serious as the need is of organization and not of students. Hence there is a different response observed from the students.
