My organization produces processed milk and milk related food items for the consumers. So, there is Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system in the organization to prevent the scope of any source of contamination in the finished processed milk. As a part of the HACCP system, different control points are identified from where the contamination can go inside the milk being processed. Out of all these points, critical control point is identified if contamination at this point cannot be treated afterwards in the product flow line. At this critical control point, specific time-temperature combination is used to eliminate the contamination and ensure that no any further contamination takes place. It is one of the best fit quality management program for the process being performed within the given organizational setting as it ensures quality and benefits promised to the consumers. This program is complemented by good manufacturing practices (GMP) and ISO9000 program in the organization.
