Administrative Management - This approach has a clearly defined administrative structure,division of work and delegation of authorities and responsibilities to administrators at different levels. An example is management of commercial department of a corporate.
Human relations- This theory establishes the correlation between the growth prospects, workplace involvement with the productivty and quality of work of an individual. Higher the organization cares for an individual, greater is his / her productivity and dedication. There are many examples or employee loyalty, where an employee spends his / her entire career in an organization.
Bureaucracy - It is defined as a way of working where there are many steps involved in accomplishing a task and the rules and regulations for work are followed very strictly. An example is the Department of Land records.
Quantitative Management- This involves the use of quantitative techniques like statistical tools, information models, and simulation techniques, to improve decision making. Examples of this technique are new age data driven businesses that use advanced techniques to process information and use them to make informed strategic decisions.
