What is your opinion?
Explanation / Answer
At the very basic of a SWOT analysis, please note that the factors need to be carefully segregated. For example, the following two core points are essential -
So, for example, the last point "Because hard work is required in this organization it can make many volunteers avoid helping or joining this kind of organization" cannot be a threat - it is a weakness instead as being an internal factor. Similarly, the first point of weakness is not weakness, rather it is an external factor which should go to 'threat'.
Furthermore, the points related to 'Strengths' are not strengths actually - they are the descriptions of your project. Strength should focus on how the business is different from other competitors or how it can deliver some value which others cannot. For example, you should take points related to 'efficiency', 'affordability', or 'accessibility' of your service or simply about your 'talented workforce' or 'cash position to start with', or 'location of the business' or 'unique technology that you may have'. All these can contribute to strengths.
For weakness, you should find the internal factors which restrict your success. The second and third points are correct. Few more can be your 'inexperience' or 'lack of resources' and so on.
Opportunity and threat should consider external factors such as the 'economy', 'competition', 'political force', 'societal support/ lack of support', 'legal forces', and so forth.
