1. all these people explained management theory with scientific management, according to them people works for financial and economic rewards, and they required continuous monitoring at work. those people work more and earn more, at the same time they contribute more to organization growth.
the examples for this: there are many people still influenced with their pay and they always consider and measure what they are contributing to the firm and what they are getting in return.
2. individuals compains that governments are not concern about people welfare and public utilities, even government providing many of those.
and, others have to sacrifice for these people survive.
