1.The benefits of creating a team whose members hold hiring power over potential new employees is that At Pret , a newly hired employee goes through a traditional hiring process. However, those who make it that far are asked to work at a shop for a six-hour shift. After that, employees who worked with the hire are asked to vote whether or not they want to work with this person. Most make it through this process, but 10% do not. This is but negative is that they not are paid for that day’s work and not invited back.
2. At Pret employees are free to choose their time shift work. There, employees are rewarded by monetry benefits who passes the training hurdels and promoted. This things make employees encourage towards the work as a cohecive team.
3. Yes. I am agree. If the manager is a good leader and participative and make the company's environment happy then nobody will leave the company easily. Employee will enjoy the work and will give the 100% input. In this story, managent decided to give the reward to successful employees which show the contribution of management towards their employees.

5. Yes , ofcourse. Because at Pret, employees who worked with the hired are asked to vote whether or not they want to work with that perticular person. It mean all depends on employees's wish. This thing of Pret offers support system for its employees to creat team cohesion.
