IT solutions help in enhancing functioning of the airline industry. They help in improving customer services, reducing cost, generating income chances and also in driving efficiencies.
In order to become more successful and attract more clients, the smaller airline should increase their IT budget.
More investment should be made on including mobile technologies for passenger services. They should work on providing the facility of mobility to passengers. The availability of better information technology services persuade me for travelling through the Delta Airlines. The Delta Airlines applications and websites provides amenities such as online booking, e-boarding check-in, alerts for travel information if in case they are being updated, details of aircraft and airport, the ability to track for bags and make payments and also parking reminders.
These services attracted me towards the airline as they provide finest available IT services and add to the convenience of the passengers.
