1)they track the customers path as to know the customer's choices and trends of places and shoping he visits and sell the data to other companies
2)they should be able to turn off the tracking as it is against the policy of privacy of the person,,,which might lead to wrong use of information from him
3)yes it is,,as the as the right to freedom and space allows a person to be at any place with his own wish without letting anyone know,,,hence the companies obtaining data illegally is a violation without users permission
