Explanation / Answer
As an investor my objective is to generate returns on my investment. Although the three
options I have are lucrative to me but I will choose a bright young candidate who is straight
out of college and have fresh ideas. I wont choose the middle management person because
he wants to become an entrepreneur because of his frustration on the bureaucratic aspects.
