It is completely acceptable for a business to aspire to be like other organizations, but the best company cultures are unique. Unique company cultures tend to be more authentic and, therefore, are more likely to inspire employees. Using Camp Bow Wow as your company:

1.  Identify five values you think should be part of Camp Bow Wow's culture. Explain.

2.  Provide three examples of how you would put the values into action.

For example, identify a slogan you think would portray one of the values and identify which value is portrays.   Could company meetings be influenced by these values? How? Should the company address stakeholders by first name or by their surname.

Five values to Camp Bow Wow:

1) Treating employees and stakeholders as the member of Camp's family.

2) Hiring young graduates and train them with company's culture.

3) Quality products and standard services to the customers.

4) Eco-friendly environment and product offerings.

5) A stress free management approach. Implementing best practices from industry's competitors.

2) I will try to build values through our slogan . It will be , " You are the part of Camp's family, Join our revolution "

It will cater each stakeholders whether employees or customers.  

In meetings, we shall formulate strategies with values in the focus so that every participants should empower to put their views without any hesitation.

When employees will achieve some great milstone within industry competition then we shall offer dinner or party to them.

Apart from this , when a new employee will come to join then a welcome will be organized by his superior or reporting manager . It will motivate him to do great contribution.
