Ans 2:
The order qualifier for goods manufacturing businesses is the quality of the physical goods while innovation, time, price, flexibility or service quality are the order winners. The order qualifier and order winner differ with each business. For e.g. The order qualifier for Southwest Airlines is cost and the order winner is service delivery time.
Ans 4:
It isn't possible for a world-class organization to achieve superiority in all five major competitive priorities in most cases as tradeoffs have to be made between these priorities. For E.g. Dell competes on quality, time, and flexibility and trades off these priorities in exchange for innovation and cost. Information intensive services can be an exception as most of the priorities can be achieved in these businesses.
