In a thoughtful response of at least six sentences (or more), please answer the following questions:

Strategy or structure:
Strategy- It forms the goals and plans to achieve those goals. Once a strategy of an organization is formed the structure can be formed based on it. Hence forming a structure suitable for the organizational functions can be considered as a part of the strategy.
Accountability or adaptability-
Adaptability- Though both the traits hold great importance for sustainable growth at work but adaptability which is adopting any kind of work environment pleasingly and working in it efficiently. This adaptive nature is important to possess as the environment in the workplace may not be according to our likes and comfort and may also keep changing from time to time. To understand the changes and inheriting them will allow us to work efficiently for a longer period at the same place and hence help in our personal and professional development.
Ladder or rings-
Rings- Rings in an organizational structure refers to the interaction that the employees have with one another. Though ladder or the vertical structure of the organization is also essential to the interaction, support and influence of one another at the workplace form the basis for how efficiently and effectively the organization operates. It builds strong communication and sharing of thoughts and ideas which will help in collective thinking and better productivity.
Self- Interest or Mission Success:
Mission success- In an organization, if we work towards the success of its mission, give in our best inputs, work honestly and efficiently, utilise our skills and experience towards the mission of the organization, all these will help us grow personally also and hence fulfil our self-interest too. Hence working for the success of the mission should be the priority and self-interest should come later as that will be fulfilled by the mission achievement itself.
