CP = 0.48 / (6*0.073)

      = 1.096

Process B

CP = 0.48 / (6*0.060)

      = 1.333

Process C

CP = 0.48 / (6*0.051)

      = 1.569

Process D

CP = 0.48 / (6*0.063)

       = 1.270

We can narrow the choices to processes B and C as they both are with capability ratio of at least 1.33. CP of 1.33 gives margin of safety between process limits and specification limits. In case if we add capability of Process C then it will add extra cost to us.
