What specific programs/initiatives could you develop to assist hiring managers in the interview process? What resources could you use to develop the messages to be conveyed in the interview process? How could you support those messages?What further training could you provide hiring managers (interviewers) to assure the proper delivery of these messages?

As a human resource manager I will advertise for vacant positions in the organizations and only women are the ones who have to be selected for the job.when they come into the organization I will employee mentors for the women in the organization after which I will have to rotate them across functions so as to ensure they have experience in line with their duties. After this, I will take a risk by offering them visible stretch roles.

The HR has to send his representative in the interview panel so that the representative will provide guidelines on how to select a candidate. Has also to establish management training and carrying out onboard initiatives and providing methods for reviewing the candidate.
