The airline services are classified as per the customer requirements and tailored as per customer preferences.
2. Process thinking in operations management is important for better planning. Process thinking involves considering steps which lead to the completion or output of a task. It helps in better focus and improving performance by evaluation and analysis. Process thinking can improve performance as a student by breaking the study process in various parts.
