Airasia is an airline which is available on routes as per the demand and facilities. The customers are treated in best manner as per the customs and the airlines follows a planned schedule and timings. There are promotions planned for specific locations as per the customer demand in order to be popular. The airline services are classified as per the customer requirements and tailored as per customer preferences.

2. Process thinking in operations management is important for better planning. Process thinking involves considering steps which lead to the completion or output of a task. It helps in better focus and improving performance by evaluation and analysis. Process thinking can improve performance as a student by breaking the study process in various parts. The process can be incremental and progress once the previous stages are successfully completed. By supervising the performance in various areas, improvement options can be defined for specific areas upon identifying the causes.
