1. Organisations are using project management for many reasons. It helps to keep the strategies aligned, and facilitate completion of specific and important task or projects on a stipulated time for providing timely delivery of service and satisfaction to the clients or customers. Organisations are promoting project management because it brings effective leadership and directions in the business operations. It also facilitates clear objectives and effective plans to reach them. Project management helps completing larger profitable projects by breaking them into smaller and manageable tasks with the team assignments. It also helps in managing the risks and reducing its impact and help the organisation to orderly plan the processes. Organisations can remain successful and competitive for a longer period with project management.

As an executive, I will explain the benefits and what it takes to bring project management through a presentation to the trustees and request them to allow me to implement a small project on new product launch and make them involve in it to know how it will help. With a practical approach I will try to share my opinions regarding project management by explaining how it will bring success and ease in completing tasks and reaching the objectives. And with that real project I will try to bring all the benefits of a project management system which will help them to understand it and convince them to implement it.
