Explanation / Answer

Atearly age i was very shy and introvert person. I remember when i was around 10-11 years old i started visiting a local communit park along with my mother daily at evening. Initially, i just used to walk and slide alone in the park. Gradually i started observing other children playing together in the park every evening. It was so fantasizing for me to play along them. Luckily one day one of them ask me to join, at first i did not respond out of shyness then on insisting i joined them.

Gradually i became very active in the group. We used to play a numbers of game there like racing, hide and seek, tug a war etc. Soon i was a star of the group.

In the duration of around 3-4 months i had very closed friends, i became very open, active, open to experience, socialization and adventure. Not only physically the sports helped but also in community building too for me.
